Acknowledgement of Registration
All registrations will be acknowledged upon receipt of full payment via email with the confirmation of delegate requirements as per submitted registration form. The registration form attached also acts as a tax invoice.
Payment
Full payment should accompany registration forms, with cheques/bank drafts made payable to 'AHA Inc Conference Account'.
Please note all prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.
Payments made over the Internet are to a secure site.
Tax Invoices/Delegate Summaries
If you have registered online, you can print your tax invoice and summary for your attendance at the conference. They can be accessed by the following:
- Go to www.homeopathynsw.org
- Select 'Registration' tab
- Select 'Register online'
- Enter your access key into the appropriate box
- Go to Print Options and select View PDF. This will generate the form for printing

Parking
Complimentary parking is available – underneath the hotel - to hotel guests. Entry is via Curlewis St, Off Campbell Pde. Parking is available for non hotel guests in basement 1 & 2. A flat rate of $8.00 per car applies to all guests attending a function. The voucher must be validated from the front desk. The flat rate is payable upon exit of the car park.
All delegates choosing to stay at the hotel will be entitled to complimentary car parking.

Cancellations received in writing at the Conference Office by 12 August 2008 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Office prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

Australian Homoeopathic Medicine Conference 2008 (the conference) is bound by, and committed to supporting, the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) set out in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.
The Conference will collect and store information you provide in this Registration Form for the purposes of enabling us to register your attendance at the Conference, to assist with administrative and planning purposes and for future planning and development of the Conference and other events, to facilitate your requirements in relation to the Conference and to allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the Conference.
The information that you provide in the Registration form and information provided at any other time during the Conference, including without limitation any feedback obtained during the Conference, will be used by the Conference to offer, provide and continue to improve its Conferences and other services.
