AHA(NSW) Mentoring & Supervision Program

The AHA(NSW) Mentoring & Supervision Program

The AHA Mentoring & Supervision Program is open to AHA Professional members. Its purpose is to bring practitioners into contact with each other to provide support in working with cases and developing successful practices. Its aim is to develop a strong community of Homeopaths in Australia.

The Mentoring & Supervision Program includes one-on-one supervision and all listed supervisors are registered Homeopaths with at least 5 years clinic experience.

Formally supervised and documented sessions will be eligible for CPD points, both to supervisors and supervisees.

New Graduates

For new graduates, its not easy getting started in practice. It takes time, patience and perseverance but there are many helpful tips and shortcuts which can be passed on by experienced and successful practitioners. Chatting to peers is helpful but enlisting the help of an experienced mentor is invaluable.

Established practitioners

Many successful practitioners have mentors who they call on from time to time when they are battling with a difficult case or when their practice has gone quiet and they are unsure how to move forward. Enlisting the help of a mentor can make the difference between making a success of a practice or becoming discouraged and feeling isolated.

What you can expect from enlisting the help of a mentor: Constructive criticism on your case taking methods. Suggestions on how to improve your case taking. Advice on specific difficult cases with help to arrive at a suitable remedy. Advice on all aspects of your clinic and how to make it more professional A means of earning CPD points (by spending time with your mentor.)
